I can't pay. What should I do?

If you're having trouble paying on LiveXP, don’t worry! Here are a few simple steps you can take:

  1. Look for any error notifications that pop up during the payment process - these can help identify the exact issue.

  2. Make sure your payment details are accurate. Double-check the following:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVV code

  3. If the issue persists, try using another payment method, such as a different credit/debit card, Google Pay/Apple Pay.

  4. Clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different browser/device.

  5. Your bank might have restrictions on international payments or online purchases. Contact them to ensure your card is enabled for online transactions.

  6. If none of the above steps work, we're here to help! Contact our Customer Support team:

💡If your payment issue is resolved, you can retry the payment from your account.

I don't want to be auto-charged. What should I do?

If you don't want your subscription to renew automatically, you can easily cancel it before the renewal date through your account.

How to cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription on LiveXP is quick and easy! Here’s how you can do it:


From the Web

  1. Go to your Profile Menu > Account settings.

  2. In the Subscription plan section, click the cog icon > Cancel subscription.

From the App

  1. Open the Discover tab and tap your Profile Picture in the upper-right corner.

  2. Click the three dots in the Lesson Balance field > Cancel Subscription.

Any unused lessons will still be available even after you cancel your subscription.

Will the remaining lessons disappear after my subscription is cancelled/deleted?

Don't worry—any unused lessons will stay in your LiveXP lesson balance for up to one year from the date of purchase, even after you cancel your subscription or it gets deleted.

I was charged without my permission. What should I do?

According to the LiveXP Subscription Terms and Conditions, Subscriptions automatically renew. When you sign up, you allow us to save your payment details and charge it at the end of each billing period if your subscription is still active.

To prevent future charges, please cancel your subscription as explained above. Don’t worry—any unused lessons will stay on your account for up to one year, even after you cancel, and you can use them for any language with any tutor.
