Learn how to pause your subscription and keep your remaining lessons.

How can I pause my subscription retaining access to my unused subscription lessons?

At the moment, there's no option to "pause" your subscription.

However, if you want to avoid automatic charges, you can cancel your subscription by following the steps in our guide: How to cancel a subscription.

Don't worry—canceling your subscription doesn't mean you lose your lessons. You’ll still have access to any unused lessons, which will remain available for up to one year from the date of purchase, even if your subscription is canceled or deleted.

You also have the option to restore your subscription before the next renewal date. If you don't restore it, your subscription will be deleted. But no need to worry! You can always re-purchase a new subscription once you’ve finished using your remaining lessons.

Can I reactivate my subscription?

If your subscription has been canceled, you can still reactivate it before it’s permanently deleted on the upcoming re-bill date. Here’s how:

From the Web:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the "Restore Subscription" button next to your profile picture.
    OR

  3. Go to the My Progress Dashboard > My Subscription Plan.

  4. In the "Subscription plan" section, click on "Restore Subscription."

From the App:

  1. Navigate to the "Discover" tab.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner to access your profile menu.

  3. Tap on the three dots located on the "Lesson balance" field and select "Restore Subscription."

How to change the Subscription Plan?

You can change your active subscription plan at any time. However, before making any changes, we highly recommend reading more about how it works in our article.

What happens with my Progress after my Subscription is cancelled/deleted?

  • Your progress will be saved in your Progress Student Dashboard, even after you cancel your subscription. Canceling only stops auto-renewals and lesson balance top-ups.

  • You can still schedule and attend lessons as long as you have lessons in your balance, and your progress will update accordingly.

  • Once your lessons are used up, your progress will remain saved unless you delete your profile or reactivate/purchase a new subscription to continue learning.
