After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our services. LiveXP will officially cease operations on February 28, 2025.

What to Expect in the Coming Weeks:
✅ Completion of Scheduled Lessons
All lessons booked before 15th of February will take place as planned.
Please make sure to complete them by 15th of February.
Starting from 16th of February, new lesson bookings will no longer be available.
💳 Lesson Returns and Refunds for Unused Balance
If you have any lessons scheduled for 16th of February or later they will be automatically cancelled and returned to your lesson balance.
All the unused lessons on your LiveXP account after 16th of February will be refunded in the period starting from 17th of February.
🌍 Exploring Alternative Learning Options
If you wish to continue learning with your current tutor, we encourage you to discuss alternative arrangements directly with them. Whether it's another platform or a different means of communication, this decision will be entirely up to you and your tutor.

If you want to keep your lesson materials for future reference, we recommend downloading them before March 15, 2025. After this date, all platform data will no longer be accessible.
