Customizing Your Payment Settings on LiveXP

Easily manage your payment settings on LiveXP: save cards and change payment methods.

At LiveXP, we strive to provide our users with seamless and convenient payment experiences. Understanding the need for flexibility and ease of use, we offer various payment methods including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of customizing your payment settings to suit your preferences and needs.

Saving Cards for easy payments

One of the key features we offer is the ability for students to save their cards during the purchase process. Whether you're using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you can securely save your card information in your LiveXP account's "Payment settings." This makes it easy to use your saved payment details when you make a new purchase.

To save your card:

  1. At the purchase step choose New Credit Card

  2. Enter card details (card number, month, year and CVC)

  3. Tick the box "Save this card for easy payments"

  4. Proceed with the payment confirmation by clicking "Confirm and pay"

⚠️ Removing your card from "Payment settings" does not cancel your upcoming automatic subscription renewal. The subscription will stop renewing after it has been successfully canceled. For detailed cancellation instructions, please refer to this article.

Changing Payment Method

Subscription Renewal/Refill

While we aim to make the subscription renewal process as smooth as possible, we currently do not offer the option to change the payment method (card tied) for refills and renewals. However, you can still manage your payment methods by following these steps:

From the Web:

  1. Cancel your active subscription by navigating to your "Account settings."

  2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will be deleted by the system on the date of the next rebill, and it will be possible to re-purchase it with the new desirable payment method.
    However, if you require immediate deletion, please contact our support team. It's essential to ensure that all current subscription lessons have been utilized (either scheduled or distributed from the balance), as they will be lost upon deletion.

  3. Once your subscription is successfully deleted, you can proceed with managing your payment methods as described earlier.

Subscription Plan Change

  1. Select "Change plan" in your "Account settings."

  2. On payment page for the new plan, enter your new credit card details and check the “Save this card for easy payments” option.

When you update your card for any of the processes described above, your old card will be replaced; all future purchases will be made with your new card until you decide to update it again.
