Choosing a tutor
Tutors on LiveXP are people from all around the world who love teaching.
All the tutors become available for students after subscribing, no matter where they are from or what language they teach. You are free to choose if you want to stick to one tutor and language or change your tutor or the language you want to learn at any time.

Payments
Students pay for lessons through a subscription. You select the number of lessons, their length, and the subscription period, with the price varying based on these choices.
Moreover, you get to enjoy a 10% discount with our quarterly subscription option.😎
Tutors get paid after lessons are conducted and confirmed by both - the student and the tutor.
Effective lesson management
If you can’t make it to a lesson, you can reschedule by submitting a rescheduling request.
Lessons can also be canceled by students up to 8 hours before they start.
Virtual classroom
All lessons initially take place on LiveXP. We've designed a special space, the LiveXP Classroom, and tried to bring together all the tools that may be necessary for learning online!
Lesson confirmation & return
After each lesson, both the student and tutor have 24 hours to confirm it, verifying the lesson has taken place so that the tutor gets paid.
Our top priorities are your satisfaction and the high-quality standards of the services we provide. If a lesson doesn’t meet your expectations, you can report issues within 24 hours, providing constructive feedback to help the tutor improve. We are ready to revert a low-quality lesson to your account if there are sufficient grounds for that.
Subscription management
Subscription is an auto-renewable lesson package. We send an email notification three days before renewal, giving you time to cancel if needed.
You can easily switch your subscription plan or top it up through your Account settings. Tailor your learning experience to fit your needs!
