Lesson Confirmation: Guide for Students

Learn how to pass the confirmation step for lessons on LiveXP.

Updated over a week ago

Several ways to complete the lesson confirmation step:

  1. Right after the lesson ends: As soon as your lesson finishes and you exit the classroom, a pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm whether the lesson took place and if there were any issues.

  2. Later after the lesson: If you didn’t confirm the lesson right away, no worries! When you log back into your account after the lesson, you’ll be prompted to complete the confirmation step.

Lessons held outside of LiveXP:

If your lesson took place outside of LiveXP, it’s important to log in to the platform afterward and update the lesson status. This allows us to:

  1. Ensure the tutor is paid if the lesson occurred.

  2. Be informed about any issues if the lesson didn’t go as planned.

If you happen to select the incorrect status:

Follow these steps promptly to correct it before your and the tutor's confirmation statuses align:

  1. Go to "My Lessons" and find the relevant lesson > click on it to view the details.

  2. On the lesson card, select the "Change decision" button and submit the correct status.

In addition to completing the lesson confirmation step, remember to rate your lesson.

  • If you were unsatisfied with the lesson's quality, rate it and specify the detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction. It helps us address the issue, and if the grounds are sufficient, you are eligible for a lesson replacement.

  • You can either rate the lesson and leave a review during the confirmation step, or rate the lesson and send a direct message to support reporting the lesson and the issue.

For a detailed guide on the lesson confirmation and rating procedure & policies, please refer to our Lesson Terms and Conditions (Section "Confirming a lesson or reporting the issue").
