Troubleshooting steps

  1. Ensure that the documents are in the accepted formats (typically JPEG / PNG) and that the file size does not exceed 5 MB. Try compressing large files online.

  2. Sometimes tutors may encounter error notifications during the upload process indicating that the submission limit per person has been exceeded. If you receive such a notification, please reach out to our support team. We will manually increase your document submission attempts to allow you to upload the required files again.

  3. Temporary browser data can interfere with uploads and submissions. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help resolve the issue.

  4. Try switching to another browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

  5. Connectivity issues can cause document submission to fail. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data to see if the issue is related to your internet connection.

  6. Attempt submitting the documents from a different device.

  7. If you suspect your browser's extensions are causing issues, try submitting the document in an incognito or private browsing window, which disables extensions by default.

If issues still persist, contact our support team for further assistance in resolving them.
