Why is my profile blocked?

Please do not create new accounts, as they will be blocked immediately. Also, we reserve the right to withhold all the payments on blocked accounts.

How do I delete my account?

We’re so sorry to see you go, but we respect your decision. If you’ve chosen to delete your account, here’s how you can do it:

From the Website:

  1. Click on your Profile menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Locate the "Delete account" section.

From the Application:

  1. Click on your Profile menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Edit."

  3. Find the "Delete account" button.

Before deleting your account, we encourage you to withdraw your earnings. Once your account is deleted, all data, including earnings, is cleared and cannot be restored. If you still wish to proceed with the deletion despite having leftovers, please contact our support team for manual confirmation.

☝🏻Keep in mind, deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Can I reactivate my deleted account?

Unfortunately, once an account is deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be restored. Please be sure you're ready to close your account before making this decision.
