Can I have multiple accounts?
On LiveXP, it is allowed to have only one account. If you wish to be both a tutor and a student, you may create one tutor account and one student account.
Multiple accounts for the same role are not allowed to prevent any confusion with lessons.
How do I change my username?

Unfortunately, you can't change your username on LiveXP. However, you can set your real name as you'd like others to see and address you on the platform.
To add your name:
On the Web:
Click on your profile menu or profile picture in the top right corner.
Select "Account Settings."
Add your name to the "Name" field.
On the App:
Go to the Learning tab (at the bottom).
Tap your profile picture (in the top right corner).
Add your name.
Tap "Save."

Yes, you can. Here are three scenarios for making an email change.
Regular email change
If you still have access to your current email but want to switch to a new one:
Step 1: Send us a request from your current email address (the one you initially registered with) to [email protected].
Step 2: In the email, include the new address you’d like to use.
Fixing a typo in your email
If there’s a typo in the email you signed up with, we can help fix that:
Simply message us in the LiveXP chat, and we’ll correct the error for you.
Changing an inaccessible (& non-existent) email
If you don't have access to the email linked to your account:
Step 1: Contact us via the LiveXP chat.
Step 2: You’ll need to answer a few security questions so we can verify your identity.
Step 3: After verification, we’ll update your email to the new one you provide.

Please do not create new accounts, as they will be blocked immediately.

We’re so sorry to see you go, but we respect your decision. If you’ve chosen to delete your account, here’s how you can do it:
From the Website:
Click on your Profile menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Go to Account Settings.
Locate the "Delete account" section.
From the Application:
Click on your Profile menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select "Edit."
Find the "Delete account" button.
Before deleting your account, we encourage you to use any remaining lessons. Once your account is deleted, all data, including unused lessons, is cleared and cannot be restored. If you still wish to proceed with the deletion despite having leftovers, please contact our support team for manual confirmation.
☝🏻Keep in mind, deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
