How can I track my progress?

As a student, you can view your completed lessons, feedback from tutors in the integrated chat, and your vocabulary in the account dashboard.


The admin (HR, Team Manager, etc.) can track student progress through our corporate dashboard feature, which provides detailed reports on lesson completion, performance, and attendance.

When and how can I cancel or reschedule Lessons?

Cancellation: If you cancel a lesson at least 8 hours before it starts, you keep that lesson. This is only possible if the tutor confirms cancellation.

Rescheduling: A lesson is rescheduled only when the reschedule request is confirmed on LiveXP by the other side. After this, the lesson’s original time slot changes to the requested one. Each lesson can be rescheduled up to three times.
