Should you encounter any improper behavior from any of the users, kindly report them to us by Report and ban button.
If there are any shreds of evidence you can share with us, such as the screenshots of the chat conversations or links to the profiles, make sure you attach them for us in the LiveXP Messenger while reporting and don’t engage in any further communication - we will take care of it.
Please, report any user if you feel they’re engaging in bullying, harassment, spamming, violence, sexual hints, threats, rudeness, or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Where do I find my username?
Your username is located in Account Settings, under Profile details, directly above your name.
Please note that your username cannot be changed. It is a unique combination of your name and system-generated symbols that is used for your personal identification on the platform. However, you can always add your name.
