For other types of files, e.g. books or audio files, navigate to the Files section located as a paperclip icon on the bottom-right side of the classroom. Any files uploaded there will be saved in the LiveXP Messenger, accessible even after your class has ended.

Can I use a different platform for having lessons?
Can I use a different platform for having lessons?
All lessons should initially take place on LiveXP.
However, if you encounter technical issues or some unforeseen circumstances, you may use Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet with your student’s agreement. Kindly make sure to explain the situation and the need to switch platforms.
☝🏻Lessons purchased on LiveXP cannot be conducted on other educational platforms that offer similar services.
If your lesson is going to take place on Zoom, Skype or Google Meet:
Provide your student with the meeting link no later than 15 minutes before the lesson begins (later if you’re dealing with technical difficulties).
Always send the link through LiveXP, and ensure it’s done for each lesson.
Keep all communication within LiveXP.
It's up to both you and your student whether to keep evidence of the lesson and its duration. It may be needed by the LiveXP Support Team to address any issues or complaints.
After a lesson, both you and your student must complete the lesson confirmation step to confirm that the lesson took place and for you to receive payment. You will see a pop-up window to confirm the lesson or/and, if necessary, report any issues.
