Why I can't submit a withdrawal request?

There could be a few reasons for this:

  1. To submit withdrawal requests, you must verify your documents first. This is a one-time procedure that won’t take much of your time.

  2. You may be attempting to submit a withdrawal request for an amount that is below the minimum limit for that particular payment method.

If you have received approval for your verification documents and confirmed that you meet the withdrawal limit but still cannot submit your request, please reach out to the Support Team for personalized assistance.

When will I receive my withdrawal?

Gentle reminder: All withdrawal requests are processed once a week every Thursday.

  • It may take up to 1 day for the money to get to your PayPal/Payoneer account. Often, you should see the money on the same day it is sent.

  • In the case of crypto wallets, it takes only a few hours for the money to get to your crypto wallet.

  • For bank transfers, it can take approximately 5-8 business days to receive the funds.

Can I withdraw my money to a friend's or family account?

No. Please keep in mind that due to payment providers’ regulations and safety reasons, you can withdraw funds only to your own PayPal, Payoneer, bank accounts, or Crypto wallet.

Please use only your own payout details for withdrawals. We cannot process requests to third-party accounts, even to family and friends.

Will I get paid if a student doesn't show up for the lesson?

We value your time, so you do get paid for such lessons. But you still need to be present for the entire lesson duration in case the student shows up.

If your student doesn't show up:

  1. Remain in the lesson classroom (or on Zoom, Skype, Google Meet) for the first 15 minutes. If the student still hasn't arrived, you may leave the class.

  2. After leaving the classroom, stay available via messages on LiveXP until the lesson ends.

  3. Inform the student on LiveXP (if you leave the online classroom after 15 minutes) that you are waiting for them outside. Ask them to let you know if and when they join the lesson.

  4. If they don't show up, mark the lesson as completed after its end. We'll handle the rest!

If the student contacts you and you agree to reschedule the lesson, then there is no need to wait.

In this case:

  1. Discuss and agree on a new date and time for the lesson.

The rescheduling request is at your disposal up till the very end of the lesson time. The tool works exactly the same for both students and tutors and doesn't influence your Lesson Success Rate.

Can I set up my own pricing?

Since LiveXP operates on subscription based model, your lesson rate is fixed and cannot be set up manually.

However, your rate will automatically increase as your tutor level goes up. The higher your level, the more you can earn per lesson!

For more details, check out our article on the LiveXP Earning System.

How do I get paid?

LiveXP tutors get paid for a conducted lesson after both they and the student confirm the lesson completion. Once confirmed, the payment for the lesson will go directly into your "Wallet." You can then withdraw your earnings.
