Losing access to your account can be stressful 🤯, but don't worry!

We’re here to guide you through the steps to regain access quickly and securely. Follow this guide to recover your account and get back to your lessons in no time.

Check your login credentials

First, ensure that the email/username and password you're entering are correct. Typos can happen! Make sure:

  1. Caps Lock isn’t turned on.

  2. You are using the correct email or username associated with your account.

Use the "Forgot password?" feature

If you're certain your credentials are correct but still can't access your account, reset your password:

  1. Go to the homepage to sign in.

  2. Click on the "Forgot password?" button.

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

❓If you didn’t receive the email within a few minutes:

  1. Ensure the email is correct.

  2. Check spam/junk folders.

  3. If the problem persists, contact support.

Third-party login issues (Google, Apple, Facebook)

  1. Ensure you’re logged in to the correct account on those platforms.
