I missed my lesson. What should I do?
Things happen.
Missed lessons are naturally non-refundable. Especially if you didn't give your tutor a heads up and they waited for you during the entire lesson, they deserve to be paid for their time and effort.
If you had a legit reason for missing the lesson, consider contacting your tutor and explaining what went down. They might set up a complimentary lesson on Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. However, if they're unable to arrange it, please treat it with understanding.
🙌🏻 Generally, develop a habit of managing your lessons in advance. If you couldn’t reach out to your tutor in time, simply book a new lesson with them ;)
My tutor didn’t show up for the lesson. What should I do?
If your tutor is 5 minutes late, send them a message.
If your tutor is 10 minutes late, send them another message.
If your tutor is 15 minutes late, email us at [email protected], or contact us in the chat.
Mark the lesson as "Lesson didn't happen" after its end, and it will return to your balance within 24 hours. When the tutor reaches out after the lesson, and you both agree on new time and day, just book this lesson again from your balance.
