Before the Lesson:
The classroom opens 15 minutes before the lesson starts. Join a bit earlier to make sure everything works.
Test your camera and microphone using the provided link.
You should see yourself on the screen.
The microphone icon will turn green if it works.
If you have problems, contact our Support Team via LiveXP messenger.
To Join an Active Lesson:
1. Sign in from your laptop, desktop computer, or the LiveXP app.
2. Click "Join" in a toast notification that appears in the bottom left corner of your screen.
OR
Click "Lesson" button in the top right corner of your screen to see the active lesson > "Join".
OR
Go to "Dashboard" > "Join lesson".
If you can’t host a lesson on LiveXP for some reason, use Zoom, Skype, etc. But make sure to ask the student to confirm and rate it on LiveXP afterward.
If You Have Tech Issues during the Lesson:
Ask another participant to switch to Zoom, Skype or Google Meet.
Report any technical problems to [email protected] or in the chat after the lesson.
